Registration is a mandatory requirement of all diocese events as of 2007 unless otherwise stated. The registration is a pre-requisite for being granted a place even if the event is free of charge. Each individual of a group or family must be registered.
If a registered individual cannot attend the event they are obliged to notify the diocese. There may be incurred charges that cannot be refunded. Refunds are at the discretion of the organisers and those responsible of the event finances. Registrations are not transferable except with the sole permission of the diocese and / or the event organisers.
Giving false information or not providing information in the registrtion form gives the diocese the right to invalidate the registration.
By registering, the user consents to the use of their information for the arrangement of workshops, accommodation, activities, trasnsport, security and other such organisation. The user also consents to the use of their information for the diocese to contact and generate documents such as certifcates for the user. The user consents to their information being shared with venues if requested of the diocese for health and safety reasons. The diocese will not share any infromation for any other reason with a third party. User information is accessible to the priest of the church of the user if that church belongs to the diocese. User information cannot be accessed by priests from churches from outside the diocese.
The diocese takes no responsibility for “lost”, incomplete, or errors in registrations; the user carries the responsibility of ensuring the registration process completes, checking their email for a confirmation email and if appropriate receipt of payment. Should any issues occur, the user must contact the diocese; organisers will not be obliged to accept individuals who claim to have had problems with registration unless they have notified the diocese and the diocese has granted permission to the organisers to accept the individual.
Registration is a contractural agreement to abide by the rules and laws of the relevant event, ministry, venue, country or institution. Behaviour at / in any event is expected to be that of a true Christian. Unsatisfactory behaviour is unacceptable and will be dealt with swiftly and firmly; the diocese and / or the organisers have the authority to dismiss such persons from the event or premesis.
